STEPS TO PURCHASING A TEE BOX TRADESHOW BOOTH ON THE GOLF COURSE

  • Enter 1 for quantity and follow steps to payment 
    • Once you have purchased your booth, we will be in touch for all the details.  

DESCRIPTION: Remember, there are two full size golf courses at Golden Eagle - to meet all the golfers, consider hosting a booth on both courses

• Hosting a booth allows you to interact with every golfer on one golf course

Non-golfing business leaders, this is your opportunity

• Opportunity to host an activity, sample food and beverages, showcase your business

• Tournament will provide 1 – 8 foot table, linen table cloth, 2 chairs

• Booth size can be any size you need (up to 40x40) – you will have an outdoor teebox - gives you lots of space to be creative

  • No power available – should you need power we suggest you rent a quiet generator.

• Maximum of 2 people on course to host tradeshow booth.

SETUP TIME - 8am - 10 am - TEAR DOWN - 5pm

Fee: $500.00 + Food/Beverages for 132 golfers 

 

Note: A 10 * 10 pop up tent (should you require a tent) is available for $75.00 plus GST. This is a full service tent rental, delivery, set up, tear down

Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages may be delivered to your booth during the tournament. Usually suppliers bring extra samples, and our volunteers provide a roving sample cart to all teeboxes and tradesnow booths. 


Suggested on Course Activities:

Most companies have food and beverages at their booth

  • The food can be sample size - or any size you wish – some companies even bring chefs!
  • Beverages served: We can never have too much water, soda, or interesting beverages
  • You will meet 33 teams on each course, or 132 golfers
  • The golfers come to your booth in teams of four - you will have a few minutes with each team
  • our golf tournaments are usually 5 hours in length - never over 5.5 hours!
  • yes, you can bring beverages to serve if you wish - We hold a special event liquor license
  • We love showcasing the BEST of BC - and this year, 2019, it is all about the Fraser Valley.

Activities have included;

  • Business Card draws
  • Golf activities – longest marshmallow drive, chip in the net, hit the grid, tee off with the opposite hand, choose your driver (i.e., a baseball bat, squash racket)
  • Corporate Activities – spin the wheel, trivia, hula hoop contests, Lego, Jenga, guess the number of jelly beans in a jar

  • The Candy Bar
  • Fairway Foursome
  • And of course - a food station - BBQ's and propane operated cooking stations work well...
