As part of your Golf or Fishing Registration fee everyone brings either a bottle of their favorite wine or case of beer or bottle of liquor – minimum value $25 – NO HOMEMADE!

HOW IT WORKS

  • Participants bring a bottle of wine or case of beer or bottle of liquor to check in at the fishing derby or the golf tournament registration desks.
  • You will receive a draw ticket in exchange for the cellar item
  • You are now entered with 2 chances to win 1/4 of all the cellar items at the Wine & Beer Cellar Draw

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE!

  • Volunteers, sponsors, golfers, fishers, family, and friends
    • You are welcome to enter multiple times
  • Prior to the dinner the cellar is then equally divided into four (4) lots

The Draw and Live auction will be held on Monday Aug 15th at the Westwood….

 If everyone brings a bottle or case of beer we should have 180 from golfers, 40 from fishers, and perhaps 40 from sponsors and volunteers. Let's say 250 bottles - so each lot may have 60 PLUS bottles or 5 cases of wine/beer/booze

THE DRAW and the LIVE AUCTION – 6pm

Will be held at the Tournament Awards Dinner

  • Two lucky winners will receive one lot each (1/4) of the wine and beer cellar
  • The other two lots will be sold at the live auction
    • Draw is 6 pm at the Awards Banquet
    • You do not have to be present to win
