Work Time: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

Volunteer Agenda:
7:00 – 8:45 am: Arrival, Check In, Pick up Volunteer Shirt and Name Badge
8:30 – 9:30 am: Grab and Go Breakfast Sandwich at breakfast station in front of clubhouse
9:00 AM – Volunteer Group Photo Behind the Clubhouse – on the putting green – looking up at the balcony - As many as possible make your way to the putting green at 8:55 am
10:20 AM –volunteers assigned to golf holes depart – James McGregor and Gene Sache will assist
10:45 AM – golfers depart for holes 4:30 PM – end of golf tournament
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Dinner, Live Auction, Awards, Prizes
8:00 – 9:00 PM – Assist with clean up and loading U-Hauls - Everyone who stayed for buffet dinner must stay to help clean up
Dress Code:
- Volunteer Shirt Provided Bottoms: Wear Black, Tan, Khaki or White
- Wear comfortable walking shoes
Bring: Sun screen Bug spray
Bring if you can: an empty wine box from the local liquor store
Provided for you: Breakfast Sandwich, Water, Lunch kits with sandwiches and cookies by Caryl
Dinner – 6pm - 7:30pm
- Volunteers seated on balcony – go to the buffet after golfers and guests – thanks
- Note: some volunteers have assigned seating in the dining room
- Check your emails for your table numbers Raffle, Beverage Cellar, Live Auction:
