The gift card tree:

This year we are going to remove the wine cellar draw and replace it with a gift card tree. Each golfer must bring a minimum $20 gift card. Cards may be for restaurants, liquor stores, your favourite shop.

The gift card tree works like this:

There will be four trees created: every person who brings 1 gift card receives 2 entries.

  • Two entries are drawn at dinner, with 2 winners. Each winner takes home 1 tree, which will have ¼ of all the gift cards.
  • The other two trees will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

If every golfer and dinner guest brings a $20 gift card, that is 200 - $20 gift cards ($4000). Two luck people could take home a $1000 gift card tree!

Tax Receipts:  Every purchaser of golf spots will receive a partial tax receipt as a donation to Pacific Autism Family Network  -   Amount to be determined after tournament, as allowable by Canadian Revenue Agency. The tax receipt is issued to the name on the payment method (ie, name on credit card or name on cheque). Therefore if one person pays for a foursome, that person receives the tax receipt. Same for a twosome payment - the person who pays receives the tax receipt.
